Law Offices of Mark Schwarz was founded in New York City in January 1984 and has since been continually engaged in the general practice of law.


We practice in two departments: Real Estate and Securities, as well as the firm’s inter-departmental practice areas described below.

The firm was founded to represent the interests of entrepreneurs and commercial enterprises, with a strategy of resolving complex legal issues consistent with the client’s budget and needs.
